The information collected may vary depending on whether you are a merchant, rider, recipient, or website visitor.

When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, password hash, profile photo, business category, business address, saved pickup address, rider vehicle information, emergency contact details, document verification details, and account status information.

For riders, we may also collect verification documents, approval status, vehicle type, rider profile details, payout account details, ratings, completed delivery counts, delivery history, and wallet activity. For merchants, we may collect business profile details, pickup preferences, delivery history, payment activity, and support interactions.

When a delivery is created or managed through Bistantly, we may collect pickup address, drop-off address, recipient name, recipient phone number, package description, package category, delivery instructions, rider offers, delivery status, assignment details, proof of delivery, OTP confirmation, photos where provided, timestamps, cancellation reasons, dispute details, and related support notes.

We may also process payment status, transaction references, wallet entries, withdrawal requests, payout status, refunds, adjustments, and receipts.

Bistantly may collect location information to support rider matching, delivery coordination, active delivery tracking, safety, fraud prevention, and support. Riders may share live location while online and during active deliveries. Merchants and recipients may provide address information for pickup and drop-off coordination.

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate network information, notification token, session information, login activity, crash logs, error logs, request identifiers, timestamps, and app usage events.

This information helps us keep the app secure, diagnose issues, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, understand product performance, and improve reliability.

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify users, connect merchants with riders, process delivery requests, display rider offers, estimate distance and arrival time, manage wallet and payout flows, send notifications, handle support, improve safety, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, enforce policies, improve our product, and comply with legal or operational obligations.

Bistantly may contact you by in-app message, push notification, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other reasonable channels for account verification, delivery updates, rider offers, payment alerts, payout updates, support replies, security alerts, policy notices, service messages, and important operational updates.

Marketing messages, if used, should include a reasonable way to opt out where required. Service and security messages may still be sent when necessary to operate or protect your account.

We may share relevant delivery information between merchants and assigned riders so that deliveries can be completed. For example, a rider may see pickup information, recipient contact information, drop-off address, package details, delivery instructions, and status requirements. A merchant may see rider name, photo or avatar, rating, vehicle type, estimated arrival details, offer amount, and delivery status.

We may also share information with payment providers, cloud hosting providers, notification providers, map/location providers, verification providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, legal advisors, professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where needed to operate, secure, or protect the service.

Bistantly may process payment status, transaction references, wallet activity, withdrawal requests, bank names, account names, masked account numbers, payout review status, and audit logs. Full financial data should be handled with care and may be processed by payment or banking partners as needed.

For rider payout security, Bistantly may restrict payout account changes, require a review period, block withdrawals during payout account review, and retain payout snapshots attached to historical withdrawal records.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain accounts, process payments and payouts, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, comply with legal or accounting obligations, enforce policies, and improve safety.

Some records, such as completed deliveries, payment records, payout records, support tickets, and audit logs, may need to be retained even after an account is closed where required for legitimate operational, legal, tax, security, or dispute reasons.

Bistantly uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. These may include authenticated access, encrypted communications where appropriate, password hashing, role-based permissions, review workflows, audit logs, token deactivation, payout change controls, and operational monitoring.

No system is completely secure. Users should protect their devices, avoid sharing passwords, update contact details, use strong passwords, and report suspicious account activity quickly.

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or request a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to manage notification preferences, update account details, change payout information through approved workflows, or request account support.

Some requests may require verification before action is taken. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

Bistantly is not intended for use by children. Users should be old enough to enter into a binding agreement and use delivery, payment, and rider features responsibly. If Bistantly becomes aware that a child has provided personal information without proper authorization, we may take steps to remove or restrict the information.

Bistantly may use service providers that store or process data in different locations. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled according to this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Third-party services may have their own privacy practices. For example, payment providers, map providers, app stores, device operating systems, and communication tools may process information under their own terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app grows, new features launch, laws change, or operational practices improve. The updated version will be posted on the website or made available through the app.
